Returns Policy

Return eligibility, refunds, store credit information and return conditions for Merravè orders.

Returns Details

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Full priced items may be returned for a refund or store credit subject to the conditions below.

Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition with all tags, hygiene seals and packaging intact.

Items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume, odours, marks or damage may be refused and returned.

Earrings, beauty products, headwear, Final Sale items and Sample items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Merravè does not currently offer direct exchanges due to limited stock availability.

If you require a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately.

Early Access

Early access items are eligible for refund or store credit in line with our standard returns policy.

Pre-Sale Items

Pre-sale items may be returned under the same conditions as regular full-priced products.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are eligible for store credit only unless the item is faulty.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We recommend using tracked shipping and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Merravè is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Swimwear & Intimates

Protective hygiene seals and tags must remain attached for swimwear and intimate items to be eligible for return.

Returned items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

Shoes

Shoes must be tried on carefully using soft surfaces to avoid marks or scratches.

Shoe boxes must also be returned in original condition where provided.

Promotional Orders

Items purchased using discount codes, promotional offers or sale campaigns may be eligible for store credit only.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for three years from the date of purchase unless otherwise required by law.

Faulty Or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, incorrect or missing item, please contact support@merrave.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear images.

Fault claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Refund Processing

Please allow up to 3 business days for returns to be processed after delivery to our returns facility.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Changed Payment Details

If your original payment method has changed or expired, please contact support@merrave.com before returning your order.

In-Store Returns

Online purchases may be returned in-store where applicable.

Please ensure your online return has been initiated before visiting a store location.

Additional Information

Please carefully check all items before returning them. Merravè is not responsible for unrelated products accidentally included in return parcels.
