Access to and use of merrave.com is subject to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy.
Use Of Website
You agree to use merrave.com only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of other users or interfere with the operation of the website.
You must not upload malicious software, harmful code, viruses, or attempt unauthorized access to any systems connected to the website.
Orders & Payments
Merravè reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion including cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or payment authorization failures.
All pricing displayed on merrave.com is subject to change without notice.
Right Of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, tell us your decision by email at support@merrave.com before the 14-day period ends. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may hold the refund until we have received the goods back.
Merravè offers a return period of 30 days. That is longer than the law requires and comes in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal — it does not limit it in any way. Practical steps are described on our Returns page.
Goods must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
Gift Cards
Gift cards issued by Merravè are non-refundable and valid for three years from the original purchase date unless otherwise required by applicable law.
User Content
Any content submitted to Merravè including reviews, imagery, messages, or social content may be used by Merravè for marketing and promotional purposes.
Intellectual Property
All imagery, branding, graphics, text, creative assets, and website design displayed on merrave.com remain the intellectual property of Merravè BV and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Third-Party Services
Merravè may provide links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those external platforms.
Limitation Of Liability
Merravè is not responsible for indirect damages, shipping delays, technical interruptions, or losses resulting from the use of merrave.com or related services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions, and every contract concluded through merrave.com, are governed by Belgian law.
The place of jurisdiction is Hasselt, Belgium. The courts of Hasselt have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these terms.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not affect your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, nor does it remove the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.
